VAT applies to customers within the EU who cannot supply a valid VAT identification number. It is NOT charged to EU buyers who provide a valid VAT ID, nor to any customer ordering from outside the EU.
VAT is added by default the moment a product enters your cart. EU customers — simply enter your company details and valid VAT number at checkout and it is removed automatically. Customers outside the EU — the VAT drops off the instant you select your country.
All orders are dispatched from Sofia, Bulgaria (EU). Shipments to destinations outside the EU may incur import duties, customs charges and local taxes set by the receiving country. Responsibility for meeting these import requirements rests entirely with the buyer. LuckyLocks AD cannot forecast, calculate or collect such fees.
We ship across the globe using DHL Express and TNT with a few exceptions – China, Hong Kong, Russia, Ukraine, Montenegro, Iran, Turkey. If your delivery has any special requirements, get in touch at [email protected] before you place your order.
Every Turbo Decoder® tool is a precision instrument built and tested specifically for your order, so we are unable to accept returns. Once a tool has been put to use it can no longer be returned, as any wear or damage is regarded as a result of the customer’s own handling.
Absolutely. As soon as your parcel leaves us, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow the shipment in real time every step of the way.
Every order is processed in EUR (Euro).
The shipping fee depends on the weight and is worked out automatically in your cart before checkout.
We accept card payments through Stripe (credit and debit) as well as direct bank transfer.

Yes. Every tool ships with instructions, and we provide a video demonstration for each product. The complete video library is available in the Video section of our website and on our YouTube channel.
Each Turbo Decoder® tool is fully tested before it leaves us. As proof of quality, we record a test video for every individual order so you can verify the tool was working perfectly before dispatch. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper use, excessive force or operator error is not covered.
