Opening Procedure: Step-by-Step Guide
1. Identify the Defender Type
Before choosing a decoder, make sure you understand the type of Mottura defender you are working with.
Visual Inspection:
If you see mechanical pins inside the entry hole, it’s a magnetic-mechanical defender.
If there are no mechanical pins, it’s a magnetic-only defender (not compatible with this tool).
