The Potent 3×3 Classic Turbo Decoder is a precision self-impressioning tool designed specifically for the Potent small-size locks with 6 levers (3+3 pins configuration). This non-destructive decoder allows you to open the lock efficiently and read the original key code.
What the kit includes?
Built specifically for Potent 3×3 (6-lever) double-bit locks
Safe and non-invasive entry – no damage to the lock
Enables key code reading for duplication or analysis
Includes two decoding keys to perform both turns without needing to reset the tool
Adjustable traction via the bottom screw on each Soft Key
Easy maintenance: bent or damaged pins can be replaced in seconds by removing the bottom bolt
Insert the Tension Tool in the same direction as the lock tongue (notch) to apply rotation and simulate key action.
Insert the first Soft Key (with pins) in the opposite direction of the Tension Tool.
Apply gentle shaking to both tools – the vibrations help the pins align with the real key’s bitting.
Once aligned, turn the key 90° to perform the first opening movement.
Repeat the same steps with the second Soft Key to complete the second turn of the lock.
You now have a fully impressioned double-bit key profile that opens and closes the Potent 3×3 lock like the original.
