VAT is charged for

• Buyers who are located in the EU (still includes the UK- see below section) and don’t provide a valid VAT ID Number must pay VAT.

VAT is NOT charged for

• all Buyers from EU countries with a valid VAT-ID

• Buyers from outside the EU (worldwide)

Due to Brexit changes to UK VAT regulations are introduced on 1 January 2021. Our UK customers will pay the UK VAT of 20% on checkout and 22 EUR Delivery Duty Paid tax. They will not pay additional charges when the package is imported in the UK. 

All of our products are shipped from Bulgaria, part of the European Union (EU). When packages are shipped to NON – EU countries, they may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. LuckyLocks AD does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Generally, buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

LuckyLocks AD is unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and cannot calculate or collect these fees or taxes.

When product is added to the cart, VAT cost is always applied (by default). Depending on your details, it will be deducted in the Checkout page
For EU customers – to exempt VAT, fill Company details (Billing and Shipping address, if different) and fill the valid VAT number of your company (try filling it with or without Prefix until it disappears)
For non EU customers – after you select your country, the VAT cost will automatically disappear

When you choose PayPal as a payment method in the checkout page, 4.5 % fee will apply on your subtotal.

We use the services of DHL Express. For Ukraine we use TNT. For Russia – we use the services of the Deutsche post. Delivery to Russia delivery takes around 10 – 14 days.

Yes, when the item you ordered is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for DHL/ TNT or Deutsche post and you can see online where exactly your product is.

We have a fixed rate for EU – 30 EUR. For the Rest of the World – 40 EUR.

We accept PayPal (including credit & debit cards through the PayPal system) and Direct Bank Transfer. If you are interested in other payment methods, please contact us at [email protected]

Yes, if the order has not been shipped, you can make changes. If you would like to do so, please contact us at [email protected]

We keep every products in stock (unless if listed as “out of stock”) so we try to ship within 48 hours.  When the product is dispatched, you will be notified via email. If you want to know for sure when we can dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] and ask us about the specific product you are interested in.

Return claims are made only with an explicit statement sent to [email protected] indicating the type and model of the items purchased; the User’s name; order number and the date on which the goods have been received by the User.
Upon such claim the consumer must return the purchased items in the condition and with the labels with which they have been delivered to them.
Upon approved claim, the money will be refunded back to the user’s bank account within 15 days, after they have executed their right of withdrawal.
Refunds are not made until the User returns the items in the same condition they have been received.
The user has the right to return the purchased item within FOURTEEN (14) working days after the products have been delivered. All costs related to returning the products are at the expense of the User.
In claim the user can return the item for reimbursement.
They may return the items bought in case the following conditions are met:
– They are in good condition (items are not used, scratched, or broken).
There is no damage caused by misuse.
– Retain the original packaging and labels.
The items should be returned to the address stated in the confirmation letter sent to the User when they made an order.
The return costs are covered by the user, unless the return is due to the fault of LuckyLocks AD

Creating a customer account is NOT obligatory, you can checkout as a guest, but you still need to fill all your details (Name, address, phone, email, etc). By creating an account you are able to check the status of your order, to view and modify your billing, shipping addresses & to view your history of purchases that you have made with us.

Every person who is 18 years or above can make orders from this site and there are no legal restrictions on the purchase of any of our locksmith tools.When orders are made from another country of origin, the national laws in that country apply. We keep the right to deny our products to people with questionable intentions. Nevertheless, when order is made from foreign countries, we may not investigate the local legal situation, hence the customer is fully responsible for verifying whether his purchase of any of the locksmith tools is legal according to the corresponding national law. In case that we have denied to deliver the product, but they money has been transferred, the paid amount will be fully refunded.

For Russia – we use the services of the Deutsche post. Delivery to Russia delivery takes around 10 – 14 days.
