This Classic decoder can open locks of the following types:
"Mottura" Nucleo Compact 7 Decoder
MOTTURA NUCLEO COMPACT 7 DECODER CLASSIC
The Mottura Nucleo Compact 7 Decoder Classic is a specialized self-impressioning tool that lets locksmiths quickly open and decode 7-pin Mottura Nucleo Compact locks without damage. Perfect for non-destructive entry, on-site code reading, and fast key duplication, it delivers both efficiency and reliability in the field.
What the kit includes?
- 2 x SOFT keys - with Pins Durable
- 1 x Tension tool
- 7 additional pins (spare parts)
- Transport box
How does it work?
The decoder uses the manual self-impressioning method, allowing the Soft Keys to replicate the internal pin structure of the lock through torque and vibration.
Step-by-Step Usage Guide:
1. First, Insert the Tension Tool
Begin by inserting the tension tool into the lock. Make sure to align it with the direction of the lock notch (lock tongue). As a result, you apply the torque needed to simulate the function of a real key.
2. Next, Insert the First Soft Key
Then, insert the first Soft Key from the side opposite the tension tool. This tool closely mimics the shape of the original Mottura 7-pin key. Moreover, its movable pins adjust to the lock’s internal structure.
3. At the Same Time, Rotate and Impression
While maintaining tension, rotate the Soft Key 90°. At the same time, gently shake both tools. Consequently, the pins begin to self-align and match the lock’s bitting.
4. As Soon as It Aligns, Complete the First Half
Once the pins align, the Soft Key will turn freely. This clearly indicates that you’ve completed the first half of the decoding process.
5. Finally, Repeat with the Second Soft Key
Now, insert the second Soft Key to decode the remaining half. When it also turns smoothly, the full key profile is complete. As a result, you can unlock and relock the mechanism just like with the original key.
